“Do life together.”

-Eric Adams

I call bullsh*t on the idea that “everything happens for a reason”. Life can be stupid hard at times, and there’s no shame in wanting or needing support when you’re struggling. In fact, because I know how hard it can be to say, “I need help”, I see every person that chooses to pursue therapy as an absolute rockstar! And, I count it an honor and a privilege to get to walk with folks on their journey toward healing. In therapy, I get to support individuals, couples, and families as they grapple with difficult stuff and help them identify the healthiest solutions for their problems – now, that’s a pretty cool job! Like I said, I don’t believe that everything happens for a reason, but here is what I do believe: I believe that people are meaning-makers, and that we can make meaning out of anything and everything that happens in our lives by choosing to view it as an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to become. To learn more about ourselves, our motivations, and our values. To grow more empathetic, resilient, and kind. To become the best possible version of ourselves. So, if you’re struggling to make meaning out of life or its challenges right now, I’d love to meet you so that we can take the next step together.
