I support clients in navigating challenges and finding solutions that work best for them as individuals. As a provider I love being a listening ear, being open minded to each situation, I’m passionate about helping clients understand and manage their emotions, build effective coping skills, and feel confident expressing themselves. In my work, I strive to be a supportive and attentive listener while also connecting with clients through their interests and meeting them where they are. I value creating a space that feels comfortable, flexible, and responsive to each person’s needs. I enjoy working with kids and teens. With my clients I enjoy doing things that are an interest to them as well as trying to get them outside of their comfort zone
