ONE REFERRAL. THREE SIMPLE STEPS.
01 // Review & Confirmation
After submission, a member from the TMS team reviews the referral for preliminary screening and gets back to the referring professional.
02 // Patient Contact
We contact the patient, gather medication records (if not provided), review benefits, support authorization, and schedule the clinical evaluation.
03 // Stay Connected

-
Major Depressive Disorder diagnosis (F32.2 or F33.2)
Supporting information of said diagnosis (PHQ9 scores, clinical notes, etc)

Our TMS team works alongside the patient’s established providers and coordinates care with appropriate patient consent.
-
Coverage depends on the patient’s insurance plan, diagnosis, treatment history, and applicable medical-necessity requirements. Our team reviews benefits, identifies required documentation, and coordinates the authorization process.
We will discuss available coverage information and estimated patient responsibility before treatment begins.
Benefits verification and authorization do not guarantee payment by the insurance plan.
